The rules of the trail
Six games, free, no account. There is not much to agree to, but a site that takes visitors from advertising ought to say plainly what it is and what it is not.
The short version
Play as much as you like, for nothing. We sell nothing, take no payment and hold no account of yours. The games are provided as they are; your progress lives on your own machine and can be lost by ordinary browser housekeeping, so treat a high score as a nice afternoon rather than an asset.
What we offer
MoosePlaying provides six browser games at no cost. There is no purchase, no subscription, no virtual currency and nothing to redeem. Forest EXP, antlers, ranks and Antler Badges are display only: they have no monetary value, cannot be transferred, bought or sold, and are not a prize, wager or competition entry of any kind.
Your progress is yours, and only yours
Scores and progression are written to your browser's local storage, as the privacy page describes. We hold no copy. Private browsing, a second browser, a second device or clearing site data will each start you from zero, and there is nothing on our side to restore from. That is the deliberate trade for having no accounts, and it is not a fault we can repair.
Fair use
Please do not attempt to disrupt the service for other people, scrape it at a volume that degrades it, or reproduce the games or artwork as your own. Everything here — the code, the artwork, the writing and the name — belongs to the operator named below, except where stated. Linking to any page is always welcome.
No warranty, and the limit of our liability
The site is provided "as is". We do not promise it will be available without interruption, that every trail runs identically on every device, or that it is free of faults. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using it — and, given it is free and stores nothing of yours, our total liability is limited to nothing more than your ceasing to use the site. Nothing here removes any right you hold as a consumer that cannot be removed.
Age
The games have no violence, no chat and no way to spend money, and we collect no personal information from anyone, of any age. The site is not directed at children under 13, and because there are no accounts there is nothing for a child to sign up to.
Changes
If these terms change, the changed version appears on this page and the date below moves. Continuing to play after that is how you accept it. Questions go to hello@mooseplaying.com.
